TCPA Agreement

The below language is the agreement between you and SmallBusinessLoans LLC and its affiliates (“SBL”). It is included here for your convenience:

“I am providing express written consent for SBL to share my information with its partners, including, but not limited to, lenders, brokers, website developers and other providers of commercial and consumer financial products, and for those partners, SBL, and other authorized third parties to contact me with marketing and other messages at the telephone number I have provided above, including contact through automatic dialing systems, artificial or pre-recorded voice messaging, and SMS/MMS (charges may apply), even if my telephone number is listed on a Federal, State, or other jurisdiction Do-Not-Call list. I understand that my consent is not required as a condition to using SBL’s services. I also certify that the number that I have provided above is my own phone number.”
